Does anyone know of a device that will do automatic fan speed adjustment based on temperature?

A hardcano 12 or 13 has 4 channel fan controller and varies speed. A digi-doc does 8 channels but only turns on and off.

Me likes the Hardcano 13. Now, the bigger question is if I attach the thermal probe to a radiator, how good will the monitoring be (since this is the general plan I have).
