what is the best race for a mage, warrior, and a hunter?

For the horde I'd say: undead mage, tauren warrior, orc hunter.

Alliance I'd say: gnome mage, human/NE warrior, dwarf hunter based on what I've seen in ab @ 60

I'd say undead mage, orc warrior, and orc hunter. Loved my orc warrior, the bonus for PVP is stun resistance..very nice to have.

Alliance: Gnome Mage, Human/NE warrior, Dwarf/NE hunter

Ok, hunter, I'm saying NE because the 5 bonus to guns isn't make or break and that's pretty much the only bonus dwarfs get. Night elf gets shadow meld, wisp form and better resistances. A shadowmelded aimshot will be just about 100x more devastating than +5 to guns. But "dwarf" is the 'hunter' class. Same goes for NE warrior.
