what does that mean. my card is air cooled 499 /503 clock.... The fans whirs when it starts up for 45 seconds also. Its like a yr old, i bought it when asus released their version... am i hosed?

That looks like an error message reguarding the video driver. You likely have a buggy video driver. I dunno what else to tell you ATM.
