Motherboard Help on amd64 3700 (754)

I had a MSI neo platinum that died and i have to use my pc while MSI rma send me back my MB, I got so much trouble with this board and the compagny.
I can't wait any longer i need to find a great board for my 3700 amd ( 754 ) and my 6800 GT AGP.
I want to wait a bit longer to upgrade to PCIE and 939 chips. ( $$$ ) so for now i need a good board with a good chip set ( as well as sound )
Do you have any idea?

I think i'm going toward DFI lan party UT NF3 250gb..

DO you prefer the DFI or MSI board ?

for s754 and agp most will post that the dfi nf3 ulta lanparty is the best board.
