Seagate Technology To Acquire Maxtor Corporation

Seagate is buying Maxtor...

While some people will be very happy, and others will not care at all. I am rather dissapointed by this. I as a consumer find vaule in divisity, I have several harddrive and storage providers who offer me verious products. I like this choice, but now i have fewer why couldent they buy samsung, i would not have cared so much, but Maxtor makes some good and inovative drives.
