X800GTO Did I unlock it or am I stupid?

Hello, I read the guide and downloaded the modded flashrom and the unlocked bios, then I followed the instructions on the thread X800GTO, the computer made the sound just like it said on the post so I would assume that it unlocked right? but when I use ATI Tool it still says 12pipelines...
I'm using a Connect 3D X800GTO w/ ViVO PCIE.

if ATI tools says 12 pipes then you only have 12 pipes unlocked.

edit:

to the forums!

I'm sure you've seen this page on unlocking the x800gto and x800gto2

http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/...ng/vidcard/127

2 things to bring to mind, on the first page, read the "Is my card moddable" part, I believe that will tell you if you have the r480 or not. Secondly, on page four it has some facts about why the x800gto is different from the x800gto2, and how a lot of them can not unlock the 16 pipelines
