Having Real Stability Problems, Opteron 146

........ i dont know wtf is going on... i can boot to 280 1:1 into mentest and not run any errors even after 24hours, but i cant boot into windows at 280, in fact i cant boot into windows stable past 250. I cant boot into memtest at all past 280, and it will just do a complete cycle of shutting itself down past 280.

System:
