is thermal tape also electrically conductive?


I want to attach a small circuit board that is hardwired to the mobo onto the metal case of the pc. my options are hot glue or thermal tape. i'd prefer the latter but do noot know the electrical properties. does anyone here?

Thermal tape is not conductive.
