Logitech G5 and Razor copperhead do they work with usb hub

I wondering if Logitech G5 works with usb hub or usb extender. I know that Razor copper head doesn't work with usb hub or usb extender.

I can't see why they wouldn't, I have a Microsoft mouse on a hub in one of my PC's. I can try with my MX-510 later, but that don't prove for sure whether either of those will work.

I have razor copperhead, I tried usb hub and usb extender, both times with the same effect. If pluged when windows is on it will work but once PC reboots the mouse doesn't work anymore. Also the software that comes with the mouse doesn't see it either.
