Black screen on my NF7S!!

IF some one can tell me how i enter the BIOS to change my agp back to a frequency of 66 i would be greatly indebited to you. And how to change my vcore back up to 1.7 because after i tried to lower the vcore and higher the AGP frequencies my computer wont boot with a screen. I need to know how many ups with a keyboard, how many down then then when to press enter and type in the amount. I tried to lower my vcore to 1.55 so i need to know how many times to press the up arrow to get it back to 1.7.

Please help me I need to get my computer back my mom is yelling at me already.

just remove the cmos battery, make sure your pc is completely turned of and unplug the power cord(just to be safe).

this will reset your bios to default settings.
