PLEASE DELETE Micro Drives, Compact Flash II, What is the verdict on them?

Do they work in digital cameras like my A95? Do they work in MP3 devices and other sorts? What do they not work in?

Pluses and minuses? I am thinking of buying one of the following:

http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-SEAGATE-ST1-...QQcmdZViewItem

or

http://cgi.ebay.com/Hitachi-4GB-Micr...QQcmdZViewItem

Thanks!
