What bios should I be getting?

I have a DFI Lanparty UT nf4 Ultra-D with 2x512 Corsair XMS 3200C2PT 0545188-0. I have no clue what bio's would be best for me.

Someone said I have Promos -5 Rev A memory. Anyone know what bios I should pick up?

Just try out a few for yourself and see what works best for your memory. I'd try the 704-BTA BIOS first, then the 623-1 BIOS and compare results, as those are the 2 most common.
