OK I effed this one up a bit and need help fixing it.
I have my own copy of Sims 2 that I want to interact with the Lot Exchange and other online stuff that requires it be registered. During my brief and heinous experience with DFI, I wound up re-installing this program 5-6 different times, and in the process, lost my CD-Key.
So I cheated and used a CD-Keygen. Of course, there's a chance some poor sod out there has the same CD-Key as me now. Since then, I found my old CD-Key on the disc case that my 20 month old son ran off with and stuck deep in his toy chest. How do I get rid of the old key and put in the new one without uninstalling and reinstalling?
Additionally, how can I create new objects, textures, and character actions on my own?
