router blocking one specific site

for whatever reason, i cannot access www.ilounge.com . i get an error page from the sites server. i have contacted the admin, and i have not been banned and he doesn't seem to know why this would be happening. when i connect directly to the modem (leaving the router out), the site works fine. the router is a d-link DI-514 and all the settings have been reset. there are no filters, firewall settings, or anything else i can find that is enabled. the only site that i cannot access is ilounge. any recommendations? i think i was having the same problem at home on a netgear router as well (but i have been here for a while, so i could be wrong).

Try with IE?

Edit: What are your Ping results when trying to ping the site?

So, it is resolving DNS, but no actual traffic is making it through. I get the same request timed out.

Not sure what to say.
