New mobo

Hey everybody i have a dell 8200 and i wanted to know if i could switch out my motherboard and get some new ram to do some overclocking. The thing is i wasnt sure what motherboard i could get.

My Cpu is a intel pentium 4 2.5 ghz and cpu-z says its package is mPGA-478 so im assuming its a socket 478.
my mobo right now has the i850E chipset and has a ICH2 southbridge.
the thing is when i look for a mobo i cant really find anything on newegg so im assuming that companys no longer make mobos like this. If anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for any help that u guys could give me.

I don't think you can reuse the case and power supply. I don't see any reason as to why you couldn't reuse the CPU though. I found a bunch of 478 MOBO's on newegg.

The socket has to be the same, but you can use a motherboard with a different chipset. The only problem with that is that you'll probably have to format and reinstall Windows if the northbridge is different.
