K8N-E Deluxe (Need Help OCING)

anyone know how to upgrade this mobo? i have had a hard time finding certain features, not too advanced at OCing, got OCZ platnium 1gig PC3200 and a g6800 gt gphx card AMD 3000+ clawhammer.


I've been reading the forums but i cant figure out what i need to do.

Anyone got any ideas ? Im totally lost..
id really like to try overclocking but dunno how.
