Help to increase stability!

Sup guys, I'm able to run my system at 140FSB quite well but when I play certain games it would lock up on me, ie, starcraft. The only game so far, I tried NFS5, RougeSpear, Unreal, Quake, and they all seem to work fine. Is there any tricks to help a system to become a little more stable at an already almost stable setting. Thanks.

maybe lower your ram setting might help
