Dual HDD's

i just got a 2.1gb hdd, it came out of a windows 95 rig. and one is the master and one is the slave, it kept booting windows 95 on me, but then i messed around with the jumpers and now it works

i'd like to use it for storing pictures because i tend to mess around with my settings a bit too much

so if that one crashes just bring it to an other computer

and i'm thinking of putting linux on it and sticking it in my mom's HP that i stole the HDD out of and just leave it to her.

i dunno, but for now i'll just keep pictures on it.
anyways i'm wondering how i could clear everything off of it?

Plug it into a computer. Open up disk manager. Delete existing partitions, make a new partition, and format.

If you want to put linux on, just delete the partitions with disk manager and then install linux with a better fs on it.

On second thought, it is so small, would it be worth it putting something else instead of fat32?
