I have the OCZ OCZ4002048ELDCPE-K and i like them, decent overclocker at loose timings (228 - 3 3 3 8 / 210 - 2 3 2 5) , plenty stable, and beefy heavy heatspreaders.
I'm not sure how the others perform, but if your looking for overclocking i'd check the PC4000 series sticks.

I would think it depends on if you plan to overclock...and if so....how much?
