Hey all. Just wondering if it would be possible to convert a USB flash drive from fat to fat32? And if it would have some, if any, positive effect of the performance?

It's quite possible, but will not likely increase performance and will require a bit more room for the MFT. If it did I didn't notice it on M-systems, Trekstor and other keys. NTFS is also possible. Both done in Disk Management. Nix FS should be possible as well.

Cool. Thanks for the reply
