I know this has been done but I dont know how to do it, need help

From reading the product description: You need go have a gfx card that has an s-video port. Next you need to get an s-video to rca adapter, and plug the s-video in your graphics card, and the rca into the screen, and a 12v molex, and your up and running.

here is something like what you need. You can prolly get 'em at radio shack or something.
 
You don't program it, it shows up as a secondary monitor and you simply drag over whatever windows you want to display on it. For system statistics most people use a combination of Speedfan and Samurize.

For some video card drivers fullscreen mode will only work on whichever display is marked as #1 in your settings.
