Win XP 64Bit Bios Problem????

Hi ok here is a pic of the BSOD I got before theinstall could could get to choosing what type of install to pick.

Could this be cause I am doing an OC on the CPU or than the Ram might be underclocked?? OR is the Bios just NOT 64Bit compatable? Says something about caching or shadowing but I have ot idea what that is.

Always install the OS at default clock and memory timings, no matter how stable you think the system is when OC'd.
 
there is no point to use 64 bit on windows there isent alot of programs to support 64 bit yet
 
Yah, I figured as much. I was lazy and did not even think to un OC. I hope that does the trick.

PS. Actually there are allot of programs that do work with 64bit :)
