Advice needed on s939 NF4 Micro ATX Mobos

I was thinking to build a SFF pc, probably using a Silverstone Sugo case and an NF4 chipset mATX mobo. I dont need any onboard graphics because i already have a 7800GT. The only mobos i can find so far are:

Gigabyte K8NMF-9
Foxconn WinFast NF4K8MC-EKRS

Are either of these any good?
