8kta3 BIOS UPDATE! LOOK AT THIS, Help me out

I was thinking I needed a new Mobo to run the new AthlonXP chips, since Epox doesnt support the XP chip on the 8kta3 board I own... but a BIOS update came out saying
"added code to differentiate between Athlon MP and Athlon XP"
Does THis mean what I think it means? That my board will support the XP, but not officially? is anybody using a 8kta3 with an athlon XP? please help me out.!

yes you can run the athlon xp on your mobo
if you already update the new bios on your mobo
