Lock AGP/PCI with Phoenix Bios


Hey guys!
I'm new to OC'ing and I have a question: How do I lock my AGP/PCI?

Here's my rig(Thanks to CPUZ):

Turns out I can't lock my AGP/PCI speeds. Did some MORE searching, and here's what I found.
