website not loading

Theres a web I go to once in awhile for shopping for some stuff and the other day I tried to go to it and it loaded an all white page yet the bottom said done. Ive been trying it for about a week and a half now and figured maybe their web is down but then again kinda odd for a store to have their web down that long. I had a friend try it out and it worked for him. Any ideas whats up? Ive searched spyware and got rid of what i had, cleared all internet files etc and still no luck.

What browser are you using? Have you tried more than one? That is where I would start.

Also, could you post the website address?

Page loaded fine and very fast for me using Firefox 1.5.0.1 (http://www.mozilla.com)

I would start by trying it in a different browser, if that doesn't work, it may be something with your internet connection. Might try messing with your Max MTU. (http://www.dslreports.com/faq/695)

I got mozilla firefox and it worked fine. Leave it to MS to mess things up.
