battlefield 2 unlocking weapons in LAN mode

is there anyway in the newer battlefield patches to unlock all the weapons for everyone in LAN mode like their was in the first patches

Admin controls allows you to set full access to weapon unlocks and such.

I downloaded the dedicated server thing, is the admin tools seperate form that? in the dedicated server start thing I found the useglobalunlocks, but it won't let me click to check it.

I was dinking around with the dedicated server tool and I noticed you can click the UseGlobalUnlocks for Online play, but not for lan play, is there any way to do it for lan play?
