CS Help

When i start the CS game ,
this error message come's up .
hl2 .exe. Application Error , The exception unknow software exception ,
( ox0000005) occurred in the application at location ( ox222362ad .

Windows 64 xp .
3400 1mg 754
GA- k8u mobo
Bfg 5900 card
1 GB of pc 3200 stick of BUFFALO

My advice is to completely delete ALL steam CONTENT. Remove Steam, reboot, and reinstall everything. A lot of times a small config file will get screwed up and hose your entire install of the game.

Did you install BOTH HL2 itself, and CS:S?

I know when I tried (WIndowsXP 32-bit) trying to just install HL2 with out CS:S...it would completely screw stuff up.
