How does this rig sound?

I have most of the parts already here or ordered, they are as follows-
CPU- AthlonXP 2500+M Barton
GPU- Nvidia Geforce 6800
Mobo- Asus A7N8X-XE
RAM- 2 DDR 400 512MB corsair 2.5-3-3-6
HDD- Hitachi 250GB 7200rpm IDE
PSU- Hiper Type-R 580Watt, SLI certified, modular
Case- Lian Li PC71 Full Tower

And for the water cooling setup...
Pump- Dannermag 3
Gpu block- Maze 4
NB block- Maze 4
CPU Block- Swiftech Apogee
Radiator- Black Ice Pro III
Fans- 3x Scythe X Flex Ultra Quiet 32CFM, 8.7Db

I will probibly OC the CPU to about 2.2GHz using the unlocked multiplier but everything else will run at stock speeds. I am WCing this rig to get my foot in the door for new types of cooling, but I also want some decent OC results and temps, but I am also going for a quiet pc as well.

Watercooling components look great. Maybe a little overkill for a mobile Barton, but it will certainly allow you to upgrade to about anything.

You can do more than 2.2 with that setup and chip.

Yeah, thats kinda the idea, I have had the barton for about year now and I hope to hit 2.5GHz stable. I wanted a setup that would be ready to upgrade in a year or so, hence the swiftech universal waterblock. Thanks for the input. Will I be able to get decent temps from those fans though? They only put out 32cfm, and I would like to see this thing around the low 30's under load. I could always get 6 of them, or just a more powerful model, but I want to sure before I spend $40 for them.

Definitely looks like a ballz to the wall setup. BIP3, rather than a BIX3 with the low db fans was a great choice for a quiet but deadly configuration. Let us know how it works out.

This should help. :) Circa 2010

Won't it get hot when OC'd though? Should I just get a better NB hsf then? It would make things a lot simpler if I didnt have to watercool though the NB now that I think about it, just not quite as sexy.

It seems like a lot of people recommend a better hsf on a northbridge rather than a waterblock. I would be very suprised if it offered you any higher of an overclock, and would almost certaily reduce flow a tiny amount.

Just my thoughts.

Thanks for the input, this is about the best semi low profile nb cooler I have found are there better ones out there? I kinda need it to be under 2" tall for some case mods I have planned. http://www.frozencpu.com/vid-30.html
