tweaking e-vga 6200/256 questions/problems

trying to tweak my new 6200 ... ran riva tuner ...

base nv44 350/400

everytime i try to save settings riva and system hangs, if i can reboot frame rate is absolutely horrible and it hangs loading desktop.

im only pushing it to 365/450 max and tried lowering below that, same issue if i try to move beyond stock more than a few marks

also how do you unlock the pipes on this puppy

You have the newer NV44 core. There are no pipes to unlock sadly. Even newer releases of the NV43 are hardware locked. To unlock a 6200 you have to have either a 6200 nv43 either revision 1,2 or 3.

The only thing you can do is just overclock it, I believe you have to flash the bios to be able to overclock though.
