hi have a 175 opteron run at 129 max is that to warn for it and it idles around 114 o ya it overclock to 2.61 stock cooling

considering 120f is about the most stable for my application.

51 is pretty high, not dangerous but will hinder your OC.

That's odd cause my 3800+ runs up to 51c w/ stock Opteron cooler. I use A8N SLI Premium's Q-fan technology that dynamically reduces the fan speed. I have it set at 51c so the motherboard will constantly keep the cpu temp below 51c by upping fan speed. During idle it could even dip below 30c if the weather is cold, and rise to 38-40 if the weather is hot.
