Nvidia drivers in Fedora 4


I need help installing NVIDIA-Linux-*******pkg1.run. I get the file download to my desktop but what do i do then. Do i move the file someplace else or what. do i need to be signed in as root or regular user.

someone help me please.....

chmod a+x that file you downloaded, then run it

Hey Klingens, when I installed that driver in Debian I had to exit out of X to install it. Would VGuide have to do the same thing in Fedora 4? I'm not sure.
