Anyone know of any Linux distros with Fluxbox as default window manager? I know about Damn Small Linux but are there others?

You can set any distro up with fluxbox as default. E.g. debian, if you install fluxbox only it's the default. And even if you have more than one WM, you can always use update-alternatives later and set what ever you want as default.

depending on if you use KDM, GDM, XDM, variation of the above.... you can use it to set which WM you boot into automatically. So, you COULD have a dozen WM's, but boot automatically into ICE, for example.

At one point on my Gentoo install with KDM I had KDE, GNOME, Fluxbox, WindowMaker, Blackbox, and ICE all installed together. KDM is nice because it allows you to select any desktop it can find when you login.

I know that a few live distributions of Linux/UNIX come with Fluxbox as one of the two primary window managers. SLAX is a Mandriva-Based distribution, and has Fluxbox. FreeSBIE is a BSD-Based distribution, and has fluxbox also.
