Possible Antec P180 improvement ?

I bought the P180 in December and immediately noticed that the front hinged door was warped. It tooks more than two months but Antec sent me a new door for free. The new door is different in that it has a second aluminum panel on the inside, whereas the original door only has an outside panel. I can confirm that the new door is perfectly straight and by all appearances I don't expect it to warp over time.

Apparently this is a common problem on the P180's. Hopefully I can get a free one sent to me without much fuss.

Antec Support was great to me. My P160 temperature display failed and I had a replacement part in 10 days.

Just had to provide my Newegg invoice for warranty verification.

Did you guys email them or call in? I've submitted a trouble ticket two day, it's been acknowledged but nothing has happened since. I'll probably just give them a call later on today.

I am interesting in this as well! I would like a new door especially if it is more sturdy! I keep worrying about ripping the thing off.

I removed the right side panel to install a PSU and left it off for a few weeks. When I went to put it back on, the thing was totally wacked.

Hopefully they can/will replace that as well as my warped door. Thanks for the tip. Not sure why it never occurred to me to call them.

I submitted my online request a couple of days ago. The new doors are on backordered but they promise to ship it shortly.

I hope to see a real improvement on this new door.

I emailed them this morning and got a reply a couple hours later that they will replace the side panel AND front door!!!

What??? I got a reply to say fax or email the invoice in. I did, and that was 2 weeks ago but I haven't heard back from the guy. I emailed him twice since then and nothing. Do you mind if I ask who were you in contact at Antec? And can I get that person's contact info?

The new door is a bit heavier, do to another piece of metal added to the inside of the door. Antec also added an extra magnet on the inside of the door also.
