I have a rig with RAID 0 setup with a PCI card, the chipset is the Sil3112, and I'd like to upgrade the mobo and CPU with an ASrock 939Dual-SATA2.
Am I going to loose all data because the new mobo is going to do create a new RAID 0 array, or because the RAID 0 is already created with the 2 drives the ULI SATA controller is going just to accept the old array?
My concern is that I'd like to upgrade but I don't want to loose my install.
