ok i have a choice of getting one of the three cards below, i will mainly be using it for playing cs:source, and some other games like battlefield 2.
Which do i get?

Xpertvision 256mb NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT TV/DVI AGP

or

ATI Radeon 9800XT 256mb 256bit AGP DVI TV-Out

or

ASUS V9999/TD NVIDIA 128MB GEFORCE 6800

These are at the top of my budget so i can't afford any other (higher spec) versions

I was also looking at this below but reviews put me off
NEW SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON X1600PRO X1600 PRO 512MB AGP8X

Thanks
Tom

Don't get the 9800XT. The 6X00 series supports newer tech.

Don't get the 256MB 6600GT, as it still has a 128bit memory interface, and the extra memory doesn't make much of a difference, except in price.

I also wouldn't get the x1600pro.

What exactly is your budget? 6800GS AGP is a great buy right now...

£145 max, i am mainly finding the graphics cards on ebay.co.uk, and the 6800GS is out of my budget.

I noticed you didn't comment on the:

ASUS V9999/TD NVIDIA 128MB GEFORCE 6800

this is the only 6800 card in my price range what do you think about it.

Also i am supprised to read your responce about the 6600gt as most people seem to like this card, especialy for overclocking

don't get me wrong, the 6600GT is a great card, and will be faster than the 6800nu when overclocked. I owned one for a year, and wish I hadn't sold it.

I just wouldn't spend the extra ducats for the 256MB version.

The 6800's are a decent deal, especially since you'll be able to unlock pipes on some of them. But that's hit and miss.

I'd go with a 128MB 6600GT, by evga, xfx, or bfg.
