F-disk


is there any use for f-disk these days? were doing it at college. and im sure there must be a better way to do it.

if your using 98 or lower.

2000 / Xp and up let you format the drive and partition it in the installer.

Fdisk can be useful if for some reason XP or 2k wont let you delete or remove a partition in the installer i guess, but out of the well over 100+ installs of Xp and 2k i know i have done, it has never failed me.
