If you can't change anything in there look for jumpers on your motherboard.. I'm not too farmiliar with your motherboard but .. Don't bother changing the multiplier because your 450's multiplier is locked..

Click to expand... He won't need some kick arse cooling to get to 500 mhz if he can... The stock can support probably to 600 if it were possible..
