Newegg Price Gouging?

Well, I went to Antec to look at their cases..Check this out.

Antec SLK3000-B at newegg

NewEgg

With Shipping, that's 67.99!

Antec SLK3000-b at Antec.com

Antec.com

With shipping, (click on the "Buy Us/Can" link lower right). 30.88.

WHAT THE HECK! Why is newegg charging more for shipping AND base price? That's WRONG!

/end complaint

Then shop somewhere else, it's supply and demand and sadly people are willing to buy at that price... that or it's a mistake.

I freaked out at first too! Antec's "Buy in US/CAN" Button is ONLY for the Left Side Panel and Duct (parts of the case, not the whole case). Look closely at the description...

I use the same case for PC#1 in my sig, and I got it from Newegg. I thought it was a descent deal, but nothing mindbending. Works fine...

Here's what I call a mistake: http://search.ncix.com/displayproduc...ALUE%20SYSTEMS

I can just see Dr. Evil sitting there thinking up this price just to ensure total domination of the DDR market. Or the lack thereof.

You can even add it to your shopping cart but I'm pretty sure not even AMEX will let me try to buy it.

Whats really surprising is that side panel with shipping is almost half the price of the entire case at Newegg
