looking for fan controller with specific features

I'm hoping sombody has one of these already or has seen one. I want a front bay fan controller, 3.5" or 5.25", in black. It must support 4 fans. I dont want any bling. No LED's or anything, just 4 knobs. And I want it to be fully adjustable to the point where I can turn the fans off.

Have any of you seen such a thing? Or am I better of building my own?

BTW. Mods: Even tho this sounds like a wanted thread, it's not. I'm looking for model suggestions.

Edit - the more I think about I'd rather modify a pre-built controller to use a to use a blank bay cover. So all I need is something that can be turned off. I'll do a search and see what comes up.

Hard to beat the $9 sunbeam controller--just remove the LEDs. They are quality potentiometer based controllers that turn to off. The LEDs pull right out, but you'll need to deal with the leftover hole. I'd recommend mounting an empty bay cover.

Thanks, I was thinking about the Sunbeam, all I needed was verification that it could turn off. I was trying to search if it could do that, but I couldnt find the right keywords to bring up relevent stuff.

Get a sunbeam from www.jabtech.com. You can even leave the LEDs in place and just disconnect them on the backside.
