DivX Editing?

Is their any software out their that can edit DivX files, like cut out 5 minutes of video in the middle or like combine two DivX files into one?

Go download VirtualDub. It will do what you want in a flash. You can even re-encode your audio/video. Best of all: freeware!

You might want to check out VirtualDubMod which is a modified version of regular VirtualDub which supports more features/formats and such.
