Why don't they have ETA on their online tracking page? I have no way of knowing when the package will arrive... The tracking info doesn't seem to be updated either. A store in CA shipped me a package on march 6th and it still shows the package as being in the CA sorting facility...
 
They took over Airborne Express's infrastructure, so they're not setup to scan and process packages at the same level as UPS or FedEx...though they're growing a ton in FL...
