Everest will tell you both but it's not really a monitoring software that you can have in your start up tray. On certain mobos, the ASRock SATAII fopr one, Speedfan will give you both temps. It doesn't on my Epox, however.
Make sure the card has a temp. probe for starters. If it does, I don't see why ITE Smartguardian, or everst (or any good program for that matter) shouldn't be able to montior it.
Motherboard Monitor 5 will report both GPU and CPU along with all sorts of other information if you also use ATI Tool with it. ATI Tool will send the GPU info to MBM5 and then MBM5 will display it along with all other info. So it's not one program showing it all, it's really two. But it works for me.
