Basically. Its simple

I restart my PC and activesync works fine, After one time it stops working.

After #1 activesync spins and spins and to top it off it kills my internet.

I restart my pc and it works 1 time.

has anyone ever seen this and does anyone know of a fix?

I have tried uninstalling activesync and using a "killall" program designed for activesync and it still refuses to work until I restart.

any ideas?
