P2B-F and S370 card

I have a P2B-f Rev.1.0 motherboard. I've updated the bios to 1.14.003 (latest). I pruchased a S370-133 Asus card with a P3-800 chip. The bios recognizes the cip at 800 and finds two hard drives. However, when Win XP starts it cannot find the second hard drive. I tried another hard drove - same results. I put a P3-600 slot 1 chp back in and it finds both drives after win xp starts. Any ideas from any one?
