hey guys, a couple friends and I have been trying to play counter strike all from one router. theres 5 of us. every time 3 of the 5 people are connected we get a connection problem. "flash_entitypacket" or something.

it works fine when only two people are playing. any ideas? thanks

I found this in a thread at Gamehelper Helpdesk or something like that.
This solution from the official Counter-Strike forums:

cl-flush entity normally means that you have your rate too high, to fix this:

Click on console, or press the tilde key (the one to the left of 1) in game
Type "rate"
It should tell you what your current rate is
This value varies depending on your connection, if you're on 56k, you can set it to somewhere around 4500-5000, or you can set it to 9999 which will dynamically change to whatever it needs to.
To change the rate, type rate xxx, where xxx is the new value
e.g. rate 5000, or rate 9999

Hope this helps
