newbie overclocker needs help

I have read lots of guides etc on overclocking and now think it is about time to start, I am reading the 1,2,3 overclocking guide here and want to find my
htt limit in the guide it says to set the fsb/htt multiplier but I can't find this anywhere in my bios ? would it be called anything else.

FSB is CPU Frequency (in my BIOS)
and HTT is HT Frequency (again, in my BIOS)

depending on your mobo, it may be different.
