Is there any way I can do this without having to get a dremel? I don't exactly have the funds for it either. It's two 120mm holes in the top for a rad...I do have a jigsaw with aluminum cutting blades. I think I have a few hole saws layin around as well...what am I to do?

A jigsaw would work just fine with the metal cutting blades. I have used it many times. You can always rent tools really cheap if funds are low or you just dont want to buy them. I used to do that before I purchased most of my tools.

I've modded my old case (cheaper aluminum than the Antec P160) using my jigsaw - it came out quite nicly too. I just want to do a nice job with this. It will be my first WC'ed rig and probaly going to have to last me a year or so....gotta start saving for car/college lol. Thanks for your input, encouragement is always good.

Oh, you need to drill a pilot hole first.
Actually, jigsaw is better for holes then a dremel because a dremel is best for straight cuts.

Hmm...I'll be using a BIP II, I've yet to see the layout of the RAD so I'm not sure what kind of holes I will have to cut. I'm assuming just 120mm holes or squares?

Two 120mm holes will suffice but I would suggest a rectangular hole with diagonal edges and a square fan grill on top, I think it looks better.

I was thinking of doing something sort of like what d94 did, as this image shows: http://img457.imageshack.us/img457/1...ure30873bh.jpg

Possibly with the fans on the inside pending space.

Sure, just be careful when cutting.
