PS... Clamps are to keep the tubing perfectly round in the tight turn and the T-line is capped now as I was still bleeding it in the pictures.

Any specific reason on why you went with 6 Yate Loons? I know the Yate Loons are quiet but could you have wired the fans separately such that you have 1-2 Yate Loons for when you want quiet operation and a set of say ... Deltas for when you want performance? Just a thought. :b I like the elevated rad.

Speaking of wiring - how is it for the p180? I've heard of some issues surrounding that. Also, any issues with the door on the p180? It's been mention before on the forums and the display model at the local computer store here has a door problem too.

Well the BIP isn't optimized for big flowing Deltas. It performs quite well as it sits with the Loons. The fans are actually sealed to the rad with silicon to help out the push/pull setup be as optimal as possible.

Haha, the radiator stand offs are mechanical pencil bodies dremel'd to the correct length.

The door is a bit warped but nothing of issue to me. It locks and works perfectly and doesn't look wrong. The wiring is a PITA... but I hate wiring cases as you can tell, haha.

Reminds me very much of my old watercooling case You should PM LabRat23 for some thermal adhesive. I know your ceramique/super glue works great but I couldn't trust it on a $450+ card and the tape that LabRat23's thermal tape works really well ( I had it on my 6800 Ultra and heat transfer was awesome; also they stuck so well that it took me like 5 minutes to get them off each ram module!

Wouldnt trust it how? Like falling off? I promise these wont fall off. I dont think I will ever remove them now I got the results that I did from the card.

Hey, i got a quick quesiton: how did you shave off the ram sinks for the vid card, so that they didn't interfere with the tubing. I started filing mine with a metal file...but it was SOOO slow... took like 30 mins for 1mm

Dremel is god for that kind of stuff. Just get some pliers to hold it firm.

Kinda a noob question. What size lines are you running? I have the same case as you. I plan on using the same pump you have that is why im asking. Only thing different I am going to do, beside mount my rad on the back, is place my pump In the very bottom of the tower and add another fan in the bottom fan slot.

All thick walled 1/2inch ID Clearflex. Only thing about mounting it at the very bottom with the fan down there is that getting the tubing into the main bay without kinking it. Good luck with your setup! Make sure to show us the damage afterwards

Sure will. I'll take pics when its done. I was wondering where people get the springs to put on thier lines to keep them from kinking. I was also thinking something else. The fitting on the front side of the pump is straight out is there anyway to put a 90 on it or a swing 45? I wonder if you can buy a fitting and glue it in place with pvc glue or something. Its just a thought. I plan on taking out the hd bin at the bottom to make room for the pump.. so its outta the way.

Nice setup. Good job especially for a first build.

It's good to know that there is SOMEONE who works at a Compusa that actually knows what they are doing with computers. I can't help but laugh and sigh at the same time whenever i am in a comp, best buy, etc. and hear the sales reps give these poor people some spiel that you know just by hearing they have no real idea what they are talking about.

Sounds like you have a pretty good girlfriend for her to let you spread your PC watercooling all over her room.

I do agree with bryan_d about the thermal tape instead of the adhesive. The ceramique will hold for certain, but if by some chance your video card ever dies, you probably won't be able to get the heatsinks off without pulling off the BGA chips to RMA it. The Sekisui #5760 thermal tape is the safer way to go.
