Need a good cf card reader

Well, I got my Rebel XT and my 1 gig Ultra II cf card on monday. I ordered a crucial usb 2.0 reader, and its only giving me constant 3 meg/sec reads. I need something faster! I would like something that is usb and on the cheaper side...

dont get a pcmcia one, windows wont give it DMA >_<

im also in the market for a good reader! one for my laptop, small and fast for that extreme3 card ill be getting...
